Do we need an existing PMO to work with you?
Not at all. The PMO Starter Kit is designed for teams building their first PMO, as well as teams seeking a clearer and more consistent way to manage projects.
Is Fractional PMO a full-time, on-site service?
No. Fractional PMO is remote-first, with meetings and site visits arranged as agreed. It is not a full-time embedded project management role.
Are the listed package prices final?
They are indicative starting prices. Final fees depend on the agreed scope and exclude travel outside the local area, applicable taxes, and additional work.
Can we start with just one project?
Absolutely. A Project Health Check is a practical way to identify priorities before committing to longer-term support.
